4.1            You shall make payment for Service Fees in advance according to the services rate displayed on the Website. You will pay us the applicable fees and charges before starting the use of the Services as described on the Website by one of the payment methods we support. All amounts payable by you under this Agreement will be paid to us without setoff or counterclaim, and without any deduction or withholding. Fees and charges for any new Service or new feature of a Service will be effective when we post updated fees and charges on the Website, unless we expressly state otherwise in a notice. We may increase or add new fees and charges for any existing Services you are using by giving you at least ten (10) Business Days’ prior notice.

4.2            You cannot use any Services without making payment in advance.

4.3            Each Party will be responsible, as required under applicable Laws, for identifying and paying all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (and any penalties, interest, and other additions thereto) that are imposed on that Party upon or with respect to the transactions and payments under this Agreement.

4.4            All payments made by the customer hereunder shall be made without withholding for or on account of any present or future taxes other than as expressly required by applicable Laws. If any such withholding is so required, the customer shall pay such additional amounts as are necessary so that the amount received by Scitix is equal to the amount then due and payable under this Agreement.
