1.       When We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information when:

b.       Information from your interactions with our support team or inquiries into our Services, which may include providing us with your name, work or personal email, phone number, company name, position title, website, social media links and other information that you may provide.

c.        Information when you purchase our Services, including providing us with your credit card and billing information.

d.       Information when you apply for a job position at Scitix, including providing us with your full name, education, past experiences, gender, pictures, email, phone etc. 

e.        Any information you upload to our Website or Services, which may include any type of information, some of which could be deemed ‘sensitive’ under various privacy laws.

（2）.  Information we automatically collect during your visit to our Website:

a.        Services form entry content. We do not intentionally collect personal information from users who view content on the website or other Services. However, certain personal information may be provided through our Services which may be collected automatically through our systems.

4.       How We May Share or Disclose Personal Information

We share personal information only as described below and with the affiliates that Scitix controls that are either subject to this Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Policy.

（1）.  Transactions Involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, software, and content provided by third parties for use on or through the Website or the Services. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share information related to those transactions with that third party.

（2）.  Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, for example delivering Scitix hardware, sending communications, processing payments, assessing credit and compliance risks, analyzing data, providing marketing and sales assistance (including advertising and event management), conducting customer relationship management, and providing training. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process that information in accordance with this Policy and as permitted by applicable data protection law.

（3）.  Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or services. In such transactions, personal information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in this Policy (unless, of course, the individual consents otherwise).
