16.1 Rights of third Parties. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, a person who is not a party to this Agreement may not enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore.
16.2 Log-In Credentials and Account Keys. Scitix log-in credentials and private keys generated by the Services are for your internal use only and you will not sell, transfer or sublicense them to any other entity or person, except that you may disclose your private key to your agents and subcontractors performing work on your behalf.
16.3 Use of the Services by Third Parties. If you disclose your private key to your agents or subcontractors, you shall procure that such end users shall comply with all the terms of this Agreement as if it were named hereto as the customer, and any breach of this Agreement by such end user shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement by you, and you shall bear full responsibilities and compensate Scitix for all losses suffered therefrom.
