7.1            Scitix or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, Scitix Content, and all related technology and intellectual property rights. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Scitix grants the customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Scitix Content solely in connection with the permitted use of the Services.

7.2            The customer or its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to Customer Content. Except to maintain the Services to the customer or otherwise with prior approval from the customer, Scitix obtains no rights under this Agreement from the customer (or its licensors) to Customer Content. For avoidance of doubt, the customer consents to Scitix’s use of Customer Content to provide the Services to the customer or its end users as well as facilitation of the Services.

7.3            The customer shall acquire separate license from third parties if the customer intends to use any Third-Party Content, which shall be at the customer’s own discretion. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any separate license, the separate license will prevail with respect to the Third-Party Content that is the subject of such separate license.

7.4            Neither the customer nor its end user shall use Scitix Content or Services in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement. Neither the customer nor its end user will, or will attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Services or Scitix Content or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software included in the Services or Scitix Content.
